Benefits

National Western Life Insurance Company offers its employees and their families a competitive benefit package. Benefits offered eligible employees include accident and disability insurance, health insurance options, dental and vision insurance, a 401k plan, and additional resources to manage employee wellness. Employee benefits are subject to change. Available benefits will be communicated to an eligible employee in greater detail once an employment opportunity is formally extended to a qualified applicant.

Employment Applications

The Company relies upon the accuracy of information contained in the employment application, as well as the accuracy of other data presented throughout the hiring process and employment. Any misrepresentations, falsifications, or material omissions in any of this data may result in the Companys exclusion of the individual from further consideration for employment or, if the person has been hired, termination of employment. To be considered for employment with National Western, a completed application must be submitted to Human Resources. Candidates who meet the minimum qualifications of the job will be considered for posted openings. Applications will be retained in Human Resources for six (6) months.
